Mahalo for this article - word has to spread of this deadly substance and what has happened in Afghanistan and Iraq to both soldiers and civilians (not to mention the land there). DU is in Hawaii on the Big Island and Oahu.
Once the ground is contaminated with DU particles all it takes is a windstorm to carry it into the upper atmosphere and disperse it elsewhere. And it purportedly has a half life of something like half a billion years!!!
DU is vertainly one of the biggest threats to our health and enviornment.
